T : Submit required documents to TOS
  (By DHL, FEDEX and UPS only!) : 3 business days
Note : Since Sep.2005, visa process can't be started without the photo.
 
A : Check out all documents & pass them to the school : 1 to 2days
 
S : Submit all required documents to the Immigration office and get a visa letter issuance number : 3 to 7 days

Once the teacher gets a 'visa issuance number' then send all the requirde documents to the Korean consulate
 
T : Finally, a teacher must get visa stamp on the passport from the consulate : 3~4days ( for teachers who visit Korean Consulate in person) & (forteachers who use mailing service)

From the school that is offering you employment :
1) The Employment contract (°è¾à¼­)
2) The school's business registration.(»ç¾÷ÀÚ µî·ÏÁõ)
3) A Written guarantee of employment, by the school. (½Å¿ø º¸Áõ¼­)

From your previous school :
1) A consent letter stating that will allow you to work at a new school
(This should include the name of the new school you will be working at)(ÀÌÀûµ¿ÀǼ­)

From teachers :

1) Your sealed transcripts.
2) Your Passport / alien card.
3) 60.000won
4) Resume
5) Original diploma
6) 1 Passport sized photo
 
 
Please go to the Immigration office nearest to your new school, which is offering you employment, with the above documents. It takesaround 1~7 days to get your E2 visa sponsor changed from your previous school to your new school.? Finally, it will take around 7~10days to get your visa changed from previous school to a new one.

1. Get on the Nankai subway form the airport.
(On the 2nd floor, there's the stop for Nankai subway) : It costs 1.390yen and
it takes around 40min.
2. Get off at Nanba (The last stop)
3.Use the Exit Number 25. and Go toward to North Area (toword to Sinsai-Bashi)
for 30meter.
4. The Korean embassy is in front of the Nankai Hotel. This all should take about
1hour.

   
 

- Visa issuance number
- Passport size picture (Just in case bring 2)
- 6.000yen (exchange your money at the Korean airport)
- Passport
- 'Application for visa' form(in the Korean consulate)

 
 
-Stop by Korean Consulate first and submit all documents to apply for the visa.
- And then go back to Namba Subway station and then go down to stairs
(to underground stores and markets) and Go towards to [NippombaShi] Station Exit
number 10 !!

When you go out from NippombsShi Subway station Exit number 10,
Go straight and pass 5 lights and then you can see [NippombaShi 3] intersection.
(It's called Nihinbashi san-cho-mae)

Then you can see 'Yo-Shi-No-Ya' Rice restaurant!
When you find this place, please give a call to Osaka House(Number6633-7789)
Then they'll pick you up from there.

Submit required documents to Korean Consulate near your place of stayl.
Required documents :
1. Parent's copy of citizenship
2. Famil registration
3. US$45, CA$47
4. Copy of passport
5. 2passport sized photos
6. Copy of birth certificate
*Since every Consulate has a different policy, you should check with the Korea Consulate near your place of residence before submitting the documents.
 
 
Teachers must get a F4 visa stamp on the passport from the Consulate within 3~7 days. Finally, it will take 7~10days to get an F4 visa.

 
 
 
Wait for the docments from the camp where you'll be working.
Documents provided from the camp :
1. Business registration.
2. Copy of lifetime education facility.
3. Camp itinerary.
 
 
Add the following documents, and submit then all to the Korean Consulate near your place of residence.
Documents teachers need to propare :
1. Employment contract (Original)
2. Passport (Original)
3. Bachelor's degree (Original)
4. 1 Passport sized photo
5. Visa application from (Provided from the Consulate)
6. US$45 , CA$65.
 
 
Finally, a teacher must get a visa stamp on the passport from the Consulate in 3~5days.
